What’s been happening:

After Penn State and graduate school and the army (I was a social worker in an army hospital during the Vietnam War) and moving to the Washington DC area and raising a family and having a pro-active career as a manager in various Federal agencies (Department of Health and Human Services, Voice of America, State Department, Treasury Department, Commerce Department), I retired and became an international management consultant, and I work under contract for the US or the British government (as well as international organizations such as UNICEF and the World Bank) to help new or transitioning countries get on their feet, and so far I have been in Ukraine (twice), Kosovo (twice), Armenia, Jordan, Lesotho, and Moldova. But wherever I go, I follow Penn State football online!
